Data that we may receive via our website

How do we collect your data:

We use different methods to collect data from you and about you but the main way is when you provide it to us. This is generally via the website or by speaking to one of our sales staff either by telephone, in person or via email. You may do this in order to arrange a viewing for a property or marketing suite, request information about our properties, contact us through social media, request marketing material to be sent to you, provide feedback to us or attend one of our exhibitions, launches or open days.

We may also receive information about you from third parties such as Estate Agents or from an introducer or person(s) acting as an agent on your behalf.

Additionally property sales portals (such as Rightmove and Zoopla) and social networks (such as Facebook and Instagram) may pass your information onto us where you have given them permission to do this and registered your interest through and advertisement on one of their websites.

Information is also automatically collected from or about you or your device. As you interact with our website we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We may use any personal data we collect via our site to:

respond to requests which you have submitted via our site and to deal with ongoing matters relating to such requests;
