Privacy Statement

These Privacy Statement set out the terms on which you may use our site and how we and our group companies use any personal data that you may provide to us via our site.

Data that we may receive via our website

  • information that you provide by filling in the registration form on our site. This will include your name, email address any other contact information you provide to us (such as your address or telephone number) and details of any request you make for us to send you any information;
  • if you contact us or our agents via our site, we may keep a record of that communication and any communications and correspondence with you; details of your visits to our site; and
  • information about your computer, including where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type, time zone setting, location date, device cookie and information, browser plug-in types and versions and other identifying information required for your device to communicate with our website. This is statistical data about our users browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

How do we collect your data:

We use different methods to collect data from you and about you but the main way is when you provide it to us. This is generally via the website or by speaking to one of our sales staff either by telephone, in person or via email. You may do this in order to arrange a viewing for a property or marketing suite, request information about our properties, contact us through social media, request marketing material to be sent to you, provide feedback to us or attend one of our exhibitions, launches or open days.

We may also receive information about you from third parties such as Estate Agents or from an introducer or person(s) acting as an agent on your behalf.

Additionally property sales portals (such as Rightmove and Zoopla) and social networks (such as Facebook and Instagram) may pass your information onto us where you have given them permission to do this and registered your interest through and advertisement on one of their websites.

Information is also automatically collected from or about you or your device. As you interact with our website we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. How we may use your personal data

We may use any personal data we collect via our site to:

  • respond to requests which you have submitted via our site and to deal with ongoing matters relating to such requests;
  • send you marketing information on our property developments;
  • send you information on future phases of our property developments;
